This past weekend was very eventful: Sam and Ran got married, I got to catch up with Diane at the reception dinner, Frog's friends from Toronto came to visit so we ate a lot of delicious food & went apple picking! We were blessed with warm weather on Monday, the perfect day for apple picking!
The apple orchard was only a 40 minute drive from the city center and it was packed with people of all ages. As soon as we got there, we jumped onto a tractor that pulled us to the furthest point. There were many varities of apples but Frog and his buddy had their eyes set on the Royal Galas but every tree that we encountered was picked dry. We zig zagged through the orchard trying to find a Gala tree that wasn't bare until we finally found some at the edge of the orchard. I've never seen guys this excited about apples :D!
